On the eve of National Day, our school held a flag-raising ceremony to celebrate the 77th anniversary of the founding of our motherland, the People’s Republic of China.

During the speech under the national flag, our student representative introduced the inspiring story of Dr Lai Ka-ying, Hong Kong’s first space payload specialist.

Students were encouraged to follow her example, pursue their dreams diligently, equip themselves well and nurture a strong sense of national identity.
